Goals

  • Knowledge of Community Regulation (EU) No. 1169/11 on information provided to consumers, and its application in the food industry.
     

  • Know food hypersensitivity reactions, their different presentations, insisting on preventive measures aimed at preventing them, in predisposed people.
     

  •  Development of good food handling practices that minimize the risk of contamination by traces of allergens detailed in current legislation.
